Environmental Health & Safety Manager: Petie Pope
Introduction:
Environmental Health and Safety (EH&S) provides support to District employees and students in the areas of environmental compliance, waste management, pollution prevention. The EH&S office provides technical support to maintain a healthy and safe work environment for staff and students. EH&S meets with District employees and students as the focal point for health and safety.
EH&S provides expertise in all environmental areas to maintain and ensure full compliance with applicable Federal, State and local environmental and health and safety regulations. EH&S maintains quality working relationships with District employees, students and regulatory agencies to serve as the focal point for interface regarding regulatory and compliance related issues.
